No More Phishing

This looks legitimate and threatens or implies all sorts of dire consequences if
ignored but please understand that no legitimate website will ever ask you for
this kind of information—credit card info, scanned IDs, etc.—So, a couple of rules:
  1. If it smells at all phishy delete it. If you're uncertain then contact the vendor
    directly and not by the means specified in the email.
  2. Look beneath the surface. As you note above the web site address in the
    yellow box is where clicking on the blue 'ebay' link above it would actually
    take you. This is actually a web site in Thailand (the 'th' at the end of the first
    section of the address is the country code for Thailand).
  3. Report phishing to the Anti-Phishing Working Group at
    http://www.antiphishing.org/report_phishing.html
